As a sales and service consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for Federated's prospects and policyholders on all Personal Lines (auto insurance, homeowners and renters insurance, etc.) products and coverages. This includes responding to customer questions, amending the policy, explaining available services and products and providing information on pricing. You will also increase sales opportunities by pursuing leads and initiating sales calls. As part of the training program, you will be required to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Property and Casualty Producer license.
The hours for this role are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch.
