    As a Credit Correspondant, you will provide customer service to policyholders and marketing representative regarding unpaid balances and billings. If you have strong communication skills, like to problem solve, and have a flexible work style, this may be an opportunity for you!

     

    Reponsibilities:

    • Assess and determine how to resolve billing differences or unpaid balances
    • Communicate effectively in gathering information and responding positively with customers
    • Manage work flows and follow through on open issues to completion
    • Handle unresolved credit balances, including the issuing of checks to policyholders
    • Initiates submission of unpaid balances to collection agency after previous Company attempts to collect unpaid balances

    Qualifications:

    • Prefer two-year degree in Accounting or Business
    • Minimum of 2-years work experience in accounting or business demonstrating strong cusmter service and math skills, preferred
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to memorize/recall information quickly
