    In this position you will provide direction, support and leadership in the development, design, and daily administration of benefits and compensation plans.  You will monitor the utilization, performance and trends of plans by analyzing and reporting on financial and other quantitative data.  We are looking for someone with strong analytical and project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead and influence others. 


    Qualifications Needed:

    • Four-year degree

    • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in an analyst position or related experience demonstrating strong analytical, project Management, communication, influencing and strategic thinking skills.

    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office Suite.

    • Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility.  Juggles multiple competing priorities and tasks.  Sets and meets deadlines.

    • Demonstrated data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

    • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.

    • Benefits and/or compensation experience, preferred.
