As an Associate Compliance Counsel, you will examine, research, and interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding compliance issues related to insurance products, filings, and processing for all Federated lines of business. You will provide legal advice regarding compliance and underwriting related issues. You will serve as a resource to business areas in interactions and negotiations with state insurance regulatory contacts on compliance matters. This role requires an individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, serving as a consultant offering strategies and recommendations in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
