What Will You Do?

Join our mission-driven team as a systems engineer where you will maintain Federated’s technology infrastructure in support of Federated’s business applications.  We are looking for highly motivated individuals with exceptional technical aptitude who thrive working in a team environment to analyze issues, solve problems, and maximize the effective use of technology.  We will have two training programs in 2025. The start dates will be January 6, 2025 and June 16, 2025.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in formal classroom-based and self-driven training programs.
  • Evaluate, implement, and configure infrastructure products.
  • Monitor and manage the performance and capacity of various infrastructure components (typically one of the following: networking, telecommunications, client hardware, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), web infrastructure, servers, and storage).
  • Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in computer engineering, computer networking, information technology, computer science, another computer-related field; or two-year technical degree with aligned focus on technology infrastructure; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of the hardware and software maintained and supported by the given role.
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
