As a Bond Specialist you will review and process commercial bond account activities and serve as a resource to both internal and external customers, policy holders, and others. Bond specialists process various transactions and codes related to new policies, renewals and cancellations while prioritizing multiple tasks and unpredictable work volumes to ensure that deadlines are met. These tasks are guided by online documentation to ensure procedures and supporting worksheets are efficiently and accurately completed.
Experience required:
Minimum of one year of general business experience.
Technical Skills Needed:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong keyboard and customer service phone skills.
Ability to work with multiple computer applications, while demonstrating, speed, accuracy, and a high attention to detail.
An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
The Bond Specialist pay range is $24.40 - $33.00. Starting salary will be based on experience.
