Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities? Federated Insurance is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to coordinate internal and external recruiting and selection processes that support our operational and strategic goals.

As a Recruiter at Federated, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of company roles, departments, and hiring procedures.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned with job-specific requirements.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Coach and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide expert consultation to resolve challenges and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Administer new employee Welcome Receptions and support onboarding efforts. 
• Represent Federated at job fairs, interview days, and other recruiting events.
• Create and maintain recruiting tools and resources.
• Collaborate on department initiatives and provide backup support to the Recruiting Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and industry-specific recruiting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

The Recruiter pay range is $67,900 - $105,000. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
