What Will You Do?

Are you passionate about helping sales professionals deliver sophisticated life insurance solutions? We are seeking an Advanced Life Specialist to serve as a trusted resource for our field marketing team, providing expertise in advanced sales concepts, case consultation, business valuation support, and training initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and an interest in life insurance products and advanced planning concepts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key resource for Marketing Representatives and Home Office personnel on advanced sales concepts and case management.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of life and disability income insurance products, underwriting concepts, and applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support for business valuation estimates and other advanced sales services.
  • Develop and prepare client-focused presentations and help Marketing Representatives effectively utilize them.
  • Manage advanced sales administration and reporting systems, including researching, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training materials, curriculum, and user guides.
  • Provide phone support to Life Customer Service teams and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Handle sensitive business information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing.
  • Minimum of three years of business experience demonstrating strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.
  • Ability to learn, retain, and recall complex information quickly.
  • Demonstrated commitment to handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of life insurance products and operations.
  • Experience within life insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs or instructional materials.

 

Range is $70,200 - $85,800. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
